Target needed to rebrand two sites: Target Fund Managers (TFM), which provides investment product details and emphasises sustainable investing, and Target Healthcare REIT (THR), the UK's first care home Real Estate Investment Trust. I created a unified design system for both sites for a simultaneous release.
Both THR and TFM ultimately share a design system, allowing for reusable elements across the sites. However, each site featured bespoke functions and unique design elements to differentiate them.
In THR’s case the most bespoke elements came in the form of a banner that could hold three key CTA’s, a interactive property filter / map and modules that could utilise a brand pattern.
UI elements are closely related between both sub brands, using the same structures but with subtle differences in form and colour ways.
